The Original Diet Patch.com Originaldietpatch.com is a MAJOR rip-off Gave me guarrantee for refund Paid $166.95 and will not respond to request for refund Internet
I requested and received my sample dietpatch. I went ahead and ordered 90 days worth at an amount of $159.95 plus $6.95 shipping and handling. I used the product and did not achieve any type of result at all from it.
The product came with a guarantee of a refund should I not get any results from it. I have emailed this company several times and have only received one reply that was in reference to the $2.95 sample offer. I have yet to receive any confirmation of my request for refund from the company. I believe I have sent at least 6 emails with all the billing information and date purchased. This company was stupid enough to put the 3rd party that did the billing with their name and 1-888 number to contact them.
I have received confirmation from this company that I should have my refund within 15 days. This company did not seem at all surprised about my problem receiving a refund and were very agreeable to refund my money. We shall see. I will file a lawsuit against the company, its executive officers and the 3rd party that did the billing. I have the person's name I spoke with and now have the confirmation email regarding my refund.
I noticed when I was using the internet there was another company that was pushing the same type of product. The website name is 1800Patches.com. I have emailed them to see what their reply would be. I have received a notification that someone will be contacting me. Also it stated the only way you can speak with a customer service representative is through email. No number that you can actually call and speak directly to a customer service representative. Smells a bit fishy to me.
I have learned my lesson the hard way and can only hope that I do recieve my refund. I would like to be included in any class action suits that are registered on the Originaldietpatch company.

I was given a sample of these diet patches by someone that cannot take them because she is diabetic. I was looking around online to see if I could find out how much they are, in case they do work for me. I don't want to start something, have some success, and then am unable to get more. Well, www.OriginalDietPatch.com won't come up. But when I did a search dozens of similar companies did come up. And they were all for free samples, I can't find a price for these anywhere. I definitely think its some kind of scam. Why are these companies in such great numbers and why are they so hard to find online or contact? It's like they know it won't work, know no one will be back to buy more so why bother listing prices? I too think this is very fishy and my money is staying in my pocket!

I have lost 30 lbs.-not in 30 days since I don't believe that would have been healthy. I lost it is 8 months and I am now out of Diet Patches. I have not been able to contact the company to order more. Could it be that all of the unhappy customers have outnumbered the satisfied ones and the company has disappered? I guess that's how it goes in a democratic world.

I also spent precious money on this diet patch, foolish of me to think a little patch would cause me to lose weight but when you are desperate you do crazy things. I too would like to be part of a class action suit against these fraudsters that perpetuated this original diet patch fraud against innocent desperate overweight individuals.
