After  dozens of complaints by aggrieved  buyers  Evan Guttman the CIO of The Natural sapphire Company has come up with face saving but inconveniencing  explanation. He has conveniently foisted off all wrong doings on someone else.

Overall the explanations posted by The natural sapphire company appear to be complete whitewash and attempt to save itself  

My credit card information is not safe:

Indeed the CC info is not safe with The natural Sapphire Company; when we fired some test orders from The natural
sapphire Company web site (thenaturalsapphirecompasny.com)we realized that its nothing more than simple form mail pushed into https socket; to give an impression that its secure. This is completely against PCI guidelines. They did this possibly to save payment gateway charges, throwing credit card information of unsuspecting buyers in open.

Off-line processing of Credit cards is phased out as its extremely insecure. Worldwide entire e-commerce transactions are done real time.(except on The natural sapphire Company)

Evan Guttman tries to give some illogical explanation as to  why they are having off line credit card processing. The explanation given by him makes him admit that indeed they are processing off line transactions putting customers credit
card info at risk.

We urge all those who have alreadydone CC transaction with The natural sapphire Company to exercise caution 

 
NSC photoshops pictures of their items:

Again Evan Guttman admits extensive use of image editing software like Adobe Photoshop; He also admits that phtoshoping is not only done to enhance looks of the sapphires but also to superimpose asterism on star sapphires . This vindicate the complaints of many buyers about the Natural Sapphire Companys unethical tactics.

Professional Photographers use image editing software to remove  dust particles and clean the image ; but sending hundreds and thousands of  images in bulk for enhancement http://www.thenaturalsapphirecompany.us/images/jamcracker-2.png to third party companies in Philippines is certainly dubious.

Why would anyone buy something which extensively doctored in an image to look attractive?  That too color stones where in tone and color are the most significant attributes governing the purchase decision.  As a buyer why one should take the pain of buying-viewing-returning and so on?

 NSC sold a fake stone:

If not fake why are the stones devalued in the market.  There are many buyers who have complained about significant devaluation of the stone prices when appraised independently.

Check for yourself the arbitrary manner in which Jewelry and Jewelry settings are priced by the natural sapphire company

All buyers who have already bought sapphire, sapphire engagement rings etc are urged to get there inventory re-appraised. On an average our research says they are overpriced by at least 300%. If you find it significantly devalued return it .

NSC does not have any sapphires certified by an outside companies and/or wont do this at request:

The Natural sapphire churns out certificates in bulk through software. Self certification of sapphires is strictly no no. There are many forums where in buyers have complaints that The natural sapphire company avoids sending there stones to AGS and other reputed labs for certification

What is  going on between The Natural sapphire Company and its software developer TransPacific Software

Transpacific software has filed criminal cases against The natural sapphire Companys owner Michael Arnstein wherein he  is accuse number 1; already booked under Indian Penal Code 408 , 32 as well as various Information Technology Act  Transpacific software is working through Indian police , FBI NY , NYPD and Interpol to get Michael Arnstein arrested on the charges of intellectual property theft. Employee poaching, promising illegal immigration to Transpacific Employees,coercing them into breach of trust  and providing them illegal identity. Two  of Transpacific Employees namely Dhananjay More and Bhaskar Vadlamudi are currently at large and Indian police are pursuing them.

Who is Evan Guttman
