In writing, Peter Winterbottom,cust relations no flood Ins required. The alleged Money Store forses flood after five years. Evades the fact that it is now First Union Bk who is the culprit, violates R.E.S.P.A. I was kept in the dark proof! Winterbottom interviens with zc sterling money stores ins dept, in writing, makes agreements to remove the flood Ins that was injustly attached to my mortgage.{I pay my own Ins and tax.}apon rec'v doc.that if my elev. was that hieght it would be removed. Doc. sent to winterbottom he avoids us and other fees are now being attached unethically. F.E.M.A. steps in to help me furhter. While my leagal aid lawyer conveys behind my back with winterbottom feeding him info. while both knew I was getting more documentation from F.E.M.A.{ off the record F.E.M.A. stated winterbottom never phoned us like he claimed to check on the elev. like he claimed in writting. We had a professional elev. done and the level was what the Ins dept needed to remove the forsed flood. the same elevation did exempt us by F.E.M.A. law from having to purchase flood ins. In between this men in black catlacks would pound on my door for that flood ins. one tried to forse the door open on my young daughter. leaving The money store letter heads on the door step. zc sterling, Home eq knew this documentattion and what the level was from me having to purchase flood, but they attached their own fees unlawfully then harrassed me to pay them.! after, seeking help from every dirty corner of Dade county except commisioner Moss who helped as best he could we were railroad from attorneys who stated I not goiung aginst that Judge I cannot get involved it was pure government abuse I took it to Jeb Bushes office, to any office down the line we were hindered in every government office. During him Winterbottom waiting for the results from F.E.M.A. He then malically puts me in foreclosure not for flood Ins but for non paymt of mort. while the legal aid attorney conviently go on a vaccation to hawwii! I believe feeds info to Home eq then when my home is back on court steps then I m informed legal aid cannot help me! All mortgages were pd to date on court record no lates and recept's. My home was set for sale on 9/12 the day after 9/11 set for sale while the courts were deemed closed. My husband had an intuition to go he was afraid of losing our home and when we had arrived they told us your a little late the judge just set your home for sale. It was T.V. publically announced it was deemed closed. after, we had no choice to go into the judges chambers, put a motion in hire an attorney who tells us he is suing home Eq, aka etc. suing for $15,000. He turned out a fraud took our money and did not show to court neither did bank of New York on court date we showed but the Judge again ruled against us and set the house for sale again. Thats when my husband cried and I descieded for his sake to crawl to Home Eq now wacovia bank and We were forsed into a high paying forebarrance plan, by the same Jeff and his supervisor who was in this all along with winterbottom and other names I have documented. Why forebarrence because they in writting refused mortgage payments. WE brought this higher to Daniel Washburn, wacovia/first union who stated she will ream out her divsion for putting me through this! However,I was put on a forebarence plan first if not I would lose my home! The money's for the mortgages they did refuse were in the bank and our attorney knew it but he turned on us and took our money and never apeared in court attorney Larry. He told us if we did not give him $500.00 down we would lose our home. Although Brian is my campanion I had no choice but to put him on the titile because I could not work, school this consumed me for a years to refinance out from them. Now as it stands then and two years later. Daniel washburn, wacovia in writing states my mortgage payments were timely and flood Ins should have not been placed on the loan. The foreclosure status has been removed from the credit burea reporting. why I'am I seeking your help is because after, other unfair situations I am being opressed with I believe more government abuse. I now find out This foreclosure is still on my credit report with a late 30 day mortgage payment transunion credit agency please help my family. we cannot refinance or live normal lives over this hostage entrapment. I just wrote this in an hour after almost two years I remembered everything without looking at documents and documents are still kept with more entailed abuse.
