I made my monthly payment through the company website. The Money Source attempted to withdraw two (2) payments from my checking account resulting in three overdraft charges to my checking account.
When I spoke to the customer service representatives of the company, each claimed they "have no control of the portal" and could not credit my mortgage account the $90.00 I was charged through an error The Money Source claims to have no responsibility for.
