the money source they lied to me saying they didnt know information about my loan and i trying to take advantage of me through the intrest melville New York
They offered to help me refinance my home which was great they said 3.3% interest. ok perfect they helped me get everything set up escrow. I got flood insurance home insurance tax information to them they knew what needed to go into escrow. they estimated my monthly payment to 1343.43. awesome then they sold my loan to the money source. I had been paying 1343.43 until 12/17/16 the money source sent me a letter saying I was short in my escrow by 2,043.63. the money source bumped my payment up to 1641.99.
I called the money source to ask them what is going on and they said they only do an escrow overview once a year and that alliance home loans messed up on the estimate. now I can understand things happen but they knew what my principle/interest, flood insurance amount, home owners insurance, taxes all and was accounted for before the papers were signed so when the money source tells me that alliance made a mistake hmmm not acceptable. sometime between alliance home loans and the money source exchanged information something got messed up. not to mention I still have hoa and home insurance to worry about another 215.55 a month to worry about. this situation is unacceptable. I think its shady that im making less that 460 to my principle.
