After responding to an ad Dallas Morning News for sales associates in the company The Logo Store based out of St. Louis Missouri, I was hired by (2) men Mark D'Asto and Richard Lowry.

My former employer would not let me give any notice so I had to resign immediately to go to work for this company. I worked for The Logo Store from the end of 2/01 - 3/01. After I started with this company it was indicated to me that the pay periods would fall on the 1st and the 15th of each month. On the first pay period that I was eligible for, I asked about my check, which I had earned. I am continuously told by Mark and Rick at 972-719-2583 (which has now been disconected) that my check is delayed and will not say why. I have contacted them at least 10 times at this store number and Mark's cell phone number 815-342-5692 (who will now not return my numerous calls).

I am a single mother who is having to raise my daughter on my own and not only am I behind on my bills but I am close to being 2 months behind on my rent. I am already seeking other employment, but I still want my paycheck (about $2500.00) from The Logo Store that I have rightfully earned.

I also believe that further investigation into this companies business practices would be in order.
