On 12/30/2017 I paid $109.15 to take my Kansas Carry and Conceal class. I was provided a generic receipt. This receipt did not cover any policy about refunds, cancellations, etc. I was not provided details of where this class was to be held and assumed it was at the business location. The day before and the day of I called to cancel/reschedule due to a torn rotator cuff. I even went to the business the morning of this class, but no one was there. They have no voicemail so I was not able to leave a message. They offer no email on their website as well. I have since been denied a refund and the ability to enroll in a later class after surgery. I spoke to Rob, the owner, who told me he didn't care what my son story was, didn't care that I am a single mother, and said that despite the lack of providing refund/cancellation details I should have just known.
