This is a "Private Investigator" school this company is a joke. Take it from me,,,,Richard Sanders requires a "small investment",,approx $3,000 to start....he advertises in the paper...I paid him money,,, signed all of the legal paperwork,, and the end result is I am working off my "investment" by doing b.s surveillance, and after I have worked enough hours,, he would pay me hourly.

Well..Mr. Sanders always mentions his attorney that he uses to the fullest extent,,, and even though he hasn't committed any "real"crimes,,he's making big bucks off his students over his PI school.

You are not guaranteed a certain amount of hours...and he covers himself by having you sign all the paperwork and the contract. He doesn't want you talking to anyone else who's in his school either.

Well , I wasnt getting hardly any work,,and after having argument after argument with Mr. Sanders,, I quit,, and just let him keep the money. I've found a couple of people who also did his PI school,, and quit..and they had the same stories as I did...he always boasts that he's never been sued ,,,that 's because there's no recourse once you sign the paperwork. He has idiots working for him to.

He has complaints in his agency file down at the DPS office in Phoenix,,,,I am now working for a legit PI firm and getting the training I want. You should not have to pay to go to work for someone.

I am a current employee of The Gemini Group, and have been with the firm for over 10 years. I paid the fees to go through the Gemini Training Program and invested $25,000 dollars extra to become a partner in the firm. It is by far the best investment I have ever made. I became a supervisor and actually trained all of the new employees that signed up to do this program, this training program made me who I am today, and gave me a life time career. The only employees who do not get the most out of the program are the ones who do not put in the time to work the program, or get into the program and decide to move back to their home state as people do like those who posted the complaint. The Gemini Group will provide hundreds of refrences to any one who wants them. The firm has been in business for over 20 years and never been sued by a disgruntled employee, it has had over 600 employees and only a few complaints, all of them settled between the owner and the complaining party. The Gemini Group welcomes any and all questions about its training programs, don't go and hide behind some fake name and an e-mail full of lies. The Gemini Group has never licensed an investigator named Kevin. Best regards, Pete.
