after purchasing one of the most expensive 57 buick roadmaster 75 available i thought i was safe on having a reliable car, the motor had blow back, from everywhere so i ordered a complete long block from Laura and paid n full, just under $3000 US but paid over $4000 AU, i have had countless emails promising completed engine dates with no motor or concrete delivery dates, it has been over 3 months and i still keep getting emails stating 14 - 24 days for delivery. i have read sooo many other reports with the same complaint, they advertise as one of the most professional companies around (40 years exsperience etc)what to do? one complant stated it was too expensive to take them to court, its not, its very simple and inexpensive, you just use legal aid and (i will complete that story pending my case)whats the american system doing for this type of customer service ? there must be a protective consumer organisation for all types of retailers & customers ?????
