I placed an order on Dec 3, 2018. Got a order nimber and a tracking number. product never came to me. The shipping address was to a fake location in D.C. Call USPS and found this out, plus it was not a product sized item. It was a post card or bill type shippment. Was suppose to be oils and pills. contacted the company by email as they refuse to usea phone service. Filed a BBB report and they finally responded to me. Gave excuses and a new fake transaction # days went by. I again emailed them and was given more excuses and a tracking number with "guaranteed 2 day shipping" well today is the dated fro this and the "package is not even available for pickup. Because there is no package. Was advised that there is Many calls coming into about this company and missing,lost, or not shippied item. Stay away. There is REAL CBD companies out there. This is not one of them. They just take your moneu and run.
