The Car Man Henrico Va Description of vehicle on E-Bay not what car really looked like when it arrived Richmond Virginia
I bought a rebuilt 2011 Mercedes GLK from The Car Man the description on the E-Bay ad said exterior was in good shape clean paint and body when car arrived shipper laughed and said car was full of dents and paint job looked like it was brushed when he pulled car out of trailer, indeed it had several scratches all over and dents. shipper gave me the paper work with all the places there were scratches and dents signed by RICHARD, who also verbally told me car exterior was clean.
Called Richard right away about this and he more or less laughed it off knowing E-Bay would do nothing and I was stuck with vehicle and also the company told me if I leave negative feedback I would be cosidered just another E-Bay crybaby when in fact I am a retiree on a fixed income that was looking for a project with some money I had put aside but this has turned into something I cant afford due to the exterior needing dents and paint repair. Richard LIED to me from the start and continued to lie and if you look at all the negative feed back left they never try to resolve the problems they know there is nothing you can do and E-Bay is not doing anything even though they have 5 negative feed backs in the last year. Cant wait to see how Richard responds to this because he always makes it your Fault not theirs. Dont know how Richard sleeps at Night ripping off hard working honest people.
