I was looking for a Fitness franchise for New Jersey and found this concept online. I spoke with the franchise representative name Richard Luna. The concept look great however after speaking to some franchisees I was not totally convinced. At that point mr. Luna offered to pay up to $1,000 for me to travel to California to see this concept in person. Rich befriended me on Facebook about a month in advance to my trip. Well January 12th 2018 I travel to California and upon Landing I turn my phone on and get a text from Rich saying don't come the owner doesn't think you're a good fit. I call him up thinking that he's joking and say what are you talkin about. He said the owner found

pornography on my Facebook page. Now just to point out the owner mr. font ask to be my friend the morning of the flight on Facebook. So knowing that I don't have p*** on my Facebook I really think that rich is joking at this point. So I call him up and say what's going on. he said that the owner of the camp mr. font saw a naked girl on my Facebook page. What he saw was a picture of a girl wearing ripped jeans in an advertisement from let-go. Let go is an application that you can buy and sell merchandise. This girl was selling her pants that had a hole near the crotch. It was dark and you couldn't even see what was in the middle. I said to Rich do you think this is fair that he says this

after I made a 6-hour trip you don't think that he should have vetted me before this? It turns out the real reason they didn't want me to come is because I'm a republican supporter and on my Facebook page I'm Pro Trump and anti illegal immigrant. The camp happens to be owned and operated all by Mexicans. So they discriminated against me because of my political views. Of course they couldn't say this so they found some of the stupid reason. They wouldn't even get on the phone to speak to me or give me the opportunity to meet them at their corporate headquarters to see who I am in person. They left me at the airport not knowing what to do. Then they offer for me

to stay one day and a hotel 2 hours away from where the airport is which is near the corporate office. I'm scheduled to be there for two nights and I don't need to be put up in a hotel 2 hours away. I was totally inconvenienced and treated very unprofessionally. I could tell mr. Luna felt bad because he said that they read him the Riot Act for bringing me down there. A week later he was fired for some other reasons. I sent text messages on Facebook and emails to mr. font. he never had the decency to respond. These are bad people and I found out that they use horrific tactics to get people to join their gym to lose weight. I won't even get into that here because I'm not reviewing the

business itself I'm just reviewing the franchisor.
