Lied about the car i bought. Said it was a one private owned car when it really was a rental car for the first 30k of its life. Now the engine is blown and even thou it has 3 warranties they will not fix it. Complete liars and scumbags.

If YOU would have done your homework, YOU would have seen used BMW's are a WELL KNOWN money pit!!! So much so, legitimate dealerships refuse to carry them in their used inventory! Blown engine? It's nothing new for a used BMW! They may have lied to you about the first owner being a rental company but that has little if any bearing on your current blown engine. That engine would have gone anyway!
