Complaint Review: TERRACOM WIRELESS - OKLAHOMA CITY OKLAHOMA

SCOFFLAW   TERRACOM   G.M. ROBERT  ROWLEN   IS  DROPPING  ME  AS  A   LAWFUL  LINELINE   SUBSCRIBER !!   Terracom Wireless,   a  Registered  Oklahoma   Corporation,   and   Public Utility,  is  a   LIFELINE  "provider".   Before  we  do  business  here,  as   usual,  let  us  first   acknowledge  Mr.   Ed  Magedson,  the Founder of   RIPOFF  REPORT.  Thanks  to Ed  Magedson,  and  his  hard-working  staff,   American  citizens   who   OBEY  THE  LAW, have  a  redress  of   grievances,  and  a  way  to  make   crooks,  thieves,   con - men,  con-women,   phonies,   and    crooked   Government  Officials   wish  they   had not   harmed  us.  

Nothing   disinfects  like  Sunlight.   And,  here,   we  are  going  to shine  some  of  that  Sunlight,  on   Robert  Rowlen,   the   so-called   " General  Manager "  of   the   incorporated business,  TERRACOM  WIRELESS.   TERRACOM  WIRELESS   was,  and  is,  an  Oklahoma business,   put  together  by   four   Guthrie,  Oklahoma  men  who   looked  for  a   "get rich  quick  scheme ",  and   found one,  in  a   potentially   very  fine   Pulic  Service  platform, that   the   Federal Communications  Commission  calls,   LIFELINE.   Let  me  make  one  thing   perfectly  plain,   here.   

LIFELINE  is   STRICTLY   a   TAXPAYER  DRIVEN  platform, that  allows  economically   disadvantaged   Americans   an  opportunity  to   have   LANDLINE and  WIRELESS   service,  at  a   substantially  reduced   rate.   Rates,  depending  on   the  circumstances,  are   ZERO,  to  about   FIVE  DOLLARS  PER  MONTH.    The  State  and Federal  Governments   pay  the   balance.   

That  is  entirely  fair.   Why ?  Because   the American   Federal Government   wastes   TRILLIONS  of   DOLLARS   each  year,  on   silly, stupid,  wasteful   things,  like,   keeping   an  International   Space  Station   alive  and   kicking,   so  that  we  can  say,   we  LOVE   to   keep  Russians,   South  Americans, the  French,   the  Germans,  the  Albanians,  The  Greeks,   the Italians,   and  everyone else,   in   Outer  Space,  because   we   have  so much.   We  make   rockets. 

 We  make  Electric  Cars,   2,500  mile  per  hour   airplanes,   Heart  Surgeons,  and   200  Million  Dollar motion pictures.   I  guess  we  still  have to  prove  that,  even though  we  have  no   Space Program,  we   must   keep   a   million  pounds   of   hardware   floating  in  low  Earth   orbit. LIFELINE,  is  a   Federal  and  State  program  that   saves  lives,  and   improves   people's lives. 

Each  and   every  day,   LIFELINE   program  saves lives.   Period.  CELL  PHONES  save lives,   and   CELL PHONES   keep  the  Elderly  alive,  and  keep   them  from   depression,  and   help  keep  people   involved  in  their   interests,  friends,   and   families.   LIFELINE,  in  every  way,   is  worth  the  cost.   LIFELINE   does  not  cost.   It  pays.   But,  here  is  the only   problem.    LIFELINE,   whatever it  is,   is  absolutely   saturated   with    stinking,  rotten,   lawless   individuals  who  get  into  the   LIFELINE  business,   because,   principally, the  fact  is,   that   most  States  do not  control   CELLULAR  TELEPHONE   BUSINESSES.   

It's  Political.   As  a  result,   crooks,  clever  ones,   stupid ones,   get   into  the  business, because   they're  simply  out  of  control.    Beyond  control  of   the  States'   Corporation Commissions.    OKLAHOMA  is  as  good  an  example   as   you  can find.   TERRACOM WIRELESS   is  a   LIFELINE  provider,   in  the most  rudimentary  sense.   They  got into the LIFELINE  business,   because   of  one   reason :   The   Oklahoma   Corporation Commission   cannot    and   will  not   control   this   Public Utility.   

As  a  DIRECT  consequence,   TERRACOM,   and   their   alter-Ego,   YOURTEL,   being   operated   by lawless  crooks,   played  it  fast  and  loose,  with   taxpayer  dollars.   Dollars   that  could be  spent  to   help people  purchase   groceries,   buy   physician   visits,   and   buy prescription   drugs  to  keep  people  alive,   was   being  shoveled  into  $200,000  dollar autombiles,   $ 5 Million  Dollar  homes,   and   $ 25  Million  Dollar  private   jets. 

That's right.  Your  money.   But,  Robert  Rowlen,   and  his   crokked  cronies,  got  caught,   red-handed,   with   the   goods.    Red-handed.   This  is  not  merely   "sour  grapes".   This  is PUBLIC   DOMAIN   fact.    The  FCC   dragged   Rowlen,   Dale   Schmick,   and  Richard Yurich, into  a   Maryland  Federal Court,  and   grated  these  crooks,  like   Cheddar  cheese.

In the  end,   Schmick,  Yurich, and  Rowlen,   were  given a  choice.    Pay back  the  money they   'invested'  in   their   luxury  lifestyle,  or,   do  a  term  in Federal   Prison.   They  paid. How  much ?    I'll   tell  you.    These  crook   paid   One   Million   Four  Hundred   Two Thousand   Dollars  ( $ 1,402,000.00  )    You  know  how long   it  takes  the  average  LIFELINE   subscriber  to  earn   1.4 Million  bucks ?    About   40  years.   

I  have  been a  LAWFUL  LIFELINE  subscriber,  since   2012.   Since  then,  I  have,  and   the other TERRACOM  subscribers,   in  14  states,   endured   countless   dirty  tricks  by   TERRACOM, which  includes   the  filth  purveyed  by  their   4th  rate   Service   Contractor :   service interruptions.   They  REFUSE  to  act on   customer   problems  (  please  see  my  earlier complaints !!!  ).   In  2012,   750,000   TERRACOM  customers   were   without  service,  for THREE  WEEKS.   

Did  TERRACOM,   and   the   human  filth  that   runs  the  thing,  apologize, or  even   explain  ?  NO !!   No  explanation,   no  apology.    TERRACOM   beleives   that  they  own  us,  you  and  me.   That's  what   they  believe.   And  they  have  good   reason to  think  that.    They  are  not   answerable  to  OKLAHOMA  LAW.   As  such,  they  really believe   that   they  can  do   whatever  they   wish.   

After   SEVEN   long  years   of   their non-sense,   lawlessness,   and   refusal  to   obey   the  guidelines  of   the   UNIVERSAL SERVICE   ADMINISTRATION    CORPORATION,   a    not-profit  entity  that   serves as  a watch-dog   for  these   LIFELINE  providers.   And,  now,   ROBERT  ROWLEN   has  decided to   vanquish  me,  a   LAWFUL  SUBSCRIBER.   And,  I'll tell  you  why.   Because  THIS  subscriber  takes  his   law-breaking   to  the   PUBLIC.    I  have  reported   his   lawlessness to  USAC,  to   the   Federal  Trade  Commission,   and   to   the   Federal   Communications Commission.   

Next  week,   I  reach   for  even  more   assistance  with  TERRACOM.   If  croopked   Rob  Rowlen   gets  his  way,   my  last   day  with   dear  old   TERRACOM,  is June  29,  2019.
