      Michael Parsons with Team USA Credit Repair assured quick results in regards to fixing my credit situation. My family and I experienced multiple financial hardships consecutively and as a result defaulted on some bills. Our credit became SHOT. I did some research and reviewed testimonials and decided to go with Team USA. They said that I can trust them as I would only be paying for "work done" and hat my money would be held in an escrow account that they would only touch once an item was deleted from my credit file. They were even nice enough to throw in a military discount, which I was very pleased with.

      After several months I still saw no results! I reached out to them and they explained that it takes time to receive correspondence from the credit bureaus. After several months though? After talking it over with my husband, we decided that since no work was "done" that we would just get our money back and move one.....We thought wrong! I contacted the escrow company who then told me that out of the $380 deposited, only $130 remained. I was floored.

      I then contacted Michael and told him what I had been told and he said "Yeah, there had been some items removed." I said I have been monitoring it and there were no items removed. He told me he would contact Alecia (I'm assuming the clerical person) and that she or he himself would email me a copy of the prook that the 3 items were deleted. That was about a month ago and I am still waiting on those letters.

         If you are thinking about credit repair, and considering Team USA, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I received my $130, but that is all.  I reached out to Michael on several occasions to get this resolved but no results. Learn from my mistakes and don't get "GOT" like I did. The pros: -They almost always answer the phone - They are professional and polite when lying to you.

I did a repair with them last summer 2015. I had expressed to them I used another credit repair company and they had not did anything on my report. I did not want to pay another company and not get the results I wanted. There was 6 issues on my report, they got one removed off all 3 bureaus and 1 removed off 1. Then when i called to express my worries, all they did was try to get more money from me. 1 was $30 for express shipping. I said its $12 for flat rate express shipping, why is it costing $30. Then $20 for certified mail. Its $3 for that. Then to get access to online account $79. Then finally they told me my time was up and I would have to pay for a extension. I asked why would i pay for a extension when you guys have not lived up to what you claimed could be done the first place. They called me all the time, most times to try to get more money out of me. I told them you guys can do what you claimed you can do, or refund me minus the accounts you removed because I would never want anyone to work for free. They told me no, so here i am today..
