Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Michel Parsons lied to me about getting funding for my business. A co worker of mine referred me to Team USA rep Michael Parsons.I contacted him and asked what would I need to do to get business funding.(It was explained to me that they help with business funding as well via Team USA Funding;which on their website says they will get you funding in 120 days or less even with bad credit). Anyway, Michael pulled my credit report and suggested that I get credit repair done first in order to obtain funding faster.

He said that they have several lenders that they work with and promised that my business would get funding in 120 days or less.He said that I would be charged a "discounted" rate of $2k which would include the credit repair and the cost for finding a lender. He said that if I wasn't happy,$500 would sit in an escrow account and I could get that back at anytime. I signed on with them April 15,2013..Some items were removed off of my report.

One item in particular (an apartment) was "removed" but when I went to apply for another apartment, I was rejected and told that the information still showed up.I asked Michael and he said that he doesn't know how that is possible and the item was removed. This was in October 2013..From April-October 2013, I was following up with Michael regularly anticipating receipt of my funding to start my new venture. He kept telling me everything was fine, it takes time to hear back from the credit bureaus etc.to get items deleted.

Then he started to tell me that we were waiting for only one item to get removed and that I had gotten a pre approval for funding from Discover. He also told me that I would receive my funding in the form of a business line of credit which I would receive in the mail no later than the last day of October.I kept getting the run around thru him and decided to email the owner Jason Moore.I explained my frustrations and Jason spoke to Michael who denied everything that he told me and even told Jason that he told me that my credit wasn't good enough to get a business loan.

Every time that I talked to Michael, he was on speaker phone with at least one other person who heard these conversations in detail about what he promised.Based upon the emails I received from Jason, since Michael was his "best friend" etc he approached me like I was lying about what I had been told. He even went as far as to say in one email that I paid for credit repair which was done and didn't pay for business funding.

He encouraged me to speak back to Michael, which I had no desire to do because Jason as the owner should have been able to resolve the situation somehow and at least give me back the $500 that was supposed to be reserved in the escrow account if I wasn't happy.Jason, referred me back to the contract that was e-signed to review which states that they can't guarantee certain outcomes. This, I must've missed because when the contract was signed, Michael Parsons was on the line fast talking me thru every section and assuring me that they could be trusted.

I am upset because the last time that this company has made contact with me in Dec 2013, my business never got to open, I never received my funding and my credit scores are no better than what they were when I first started with them. Not to mention, that even more items have been added to my credit that could have been paid for if I had been able to open my business at the original time frame that I was told that I would have my funding which at the latest would've been August 2013.
