Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was a talent scout for Trans Continental Talent, this so called "dream job" could'nt be more from the truth. Options Talent must have loved their company having the TCTalent name slapped across their way of conducting business and reaping the benifits by having an association with Lou Pearlman. It is just the same old Options we've grown to hate.

As a scout I was pressured into finding new faces for them, I should have known that when I signed my tax paper the scout director told me to write self employed and not to disclose the company name on it that something was fishy. That's just the beginning, some "super scouts" trained us on the feild and were caught in numerous lies about this business, one scout said that in her first week she made 60 dollars, well she must have forgotten saying this because when a new scout asked her what she made again it changed to 600!

The scout director also was caught by saying the office location was only open for two months, when I checked up on the BBB it was there for two years! We did'nt know that this previous company was once options and when scouting people they asked if we were from Options, we replied "no" thinking we were TCTalent, little to our knowledge we were the same place as the one the public hated!

When I told the director that people hated Options she said," do not tell them we are options, we just merged with that company, we are trans continental talent."

Oh yeah? Well let's look at the similarities of the two. TCTalent and Options both charge $595 for enrolling with their company if you are a potential model, they both charge a $19.95 maitnence fee for each month you are with them, they pay scouts 20 to 100 dollars depending on enrollments made each month, they have the same sales pitch taught to scouts for the poor victims we call potential talent, they are located in the same offices proir to the merger, and they are both getting a bad name by the public.

Everything you have read is true, from the "dream job" generic letter they send to new scouts to the generic responce they give to potential talent, they will lie and say you ahve a unique look when no one is turned away at the open calls, and these open calls are schedualed for 4 times a week but a scout will tell you there is only one. Do not be fooled by these agencies and beware of that slaving "dream job" Trust the words from this former TCT scout.
