Just wanted to bring everyone up to date - I received my $40 rebate check today - 7 working days after I received the call from Motorola and the new company handling their rebates. It's taken me 8 months to get this check but I'm glad I didn't give up. If you have problems with TCA, contact the parent company of the product you bought and keep bugging them. It's the only way to get our point across that we won't be taken by their inability to hire quality companies to process their rebates! Good Luck

I complained yet again to Motorola over this past weekend and to my surprise, I received a call from Motorola today getting some background information on the situation. Subsequently, I just got off the phone with another company who is NOW handling the rebates for Motorola. TCA is no longer handling their rebates. The new company confirmed all my information including the offer numbers and said I should receive my check for the entire amount in 7-10 working days. I'll keep you updated.
