I have a very similar experience as mentioned by Collen. I sent in a rebate for 2 netgear products purchased from buy.com. I sent both UPC labels in the same envelope and filled out one form for both. There were check boxes on the form to allow for multiple rebates. No where on the slip does it say to send in each rebate individually. When I called wheresmyrebate.com I was told that I did not receive my $20 rebate (only the $10) one because I sent them in the same envelope. When I told the representatiove that no where on the slip did it state that she said "we cannot write everything on the slip". Nice! So reading the slip does not matter, they make up their own rules as they go. There is no way to win.

I work for a company that sells many products with rebates. Part of my job is to help resolve or make right any rebate problems customers have. My biggest complaint about my job is the people who buy these products and then complain about the rebates they dont get becuase they have failed to read the print on the rebate slips they send in. The person who sent both rebates in one envolope is a victum of such. It says plainly on the slip not to submit more then one rebate per envolope. Therefore it was the consumer's mistake mot the company that sold the prosuct or the rebate company. All I ask is if you complain make sure you did your part right.
