tbdress clothes ill fitting, poor quality and I wanted to return. I cannot get in touch with anyone in customer service .
I purchased an outfit online from this company. When it arrived, it was ill fitting, very poor quality and I wanted to return it as soon as possible. The instructions say to contact customer service to return, however, I can never reach anyone in 'customer service.' I cannot reach anyone on the number provided, I cannot reach anyone by email ( no one responds) and I do not have an address to return the items to. I would like my money refunded and this 'company', such that it is, will not respond to my requests or tell me who to return this substandard item to. Total rip off!!
