First off the company is formerly Emergency Debt Relief which was shut down by the Attorney General in the mid 2000's. The owners are the same. Vahlino bros. They now have began sub contracting their svcs to 3rd parties. The sales reps quote msrp and if you balk on the fee they go down a series of questions to then make it a network deal which is where they state you will receive the same svcs. and results but for a lower cost. Then they farm the account out to an enrolled agent or coa. What they dont tell you is that they have no litmus test on these othet companies because no case is closed until all fees are paid in full or atleaste 70%. They will knowingly bring on cases and tell clients they will be protected and then the client gets garnished or gets a bank levy. The front line is sales reps. Not attorneys. Not certified at all and make money when the first payment is made by client hence the reason they will push for tje high first payment asap. How do I kbow all this? I work here and am doing all I can to get out of here. There is no integrity and all they care about is the sale. Listen. I mean listen. Everything they offer or pitch can be done by you. It only takes patience and calling the IRS and doibg it yourself. This company has an A plus rating with the BBB yes. Here's why. Before tje complaint gets escalated they refund the clients money to them. Its a scam and I dont want to see any more lives ruined. Dont believe these high pressure reps. I see it on a daily badis. Im just shocked the FYC hasn't shut them down too. If you are going to go with TDN dont accept the first fee quoted. They will negotiate that too but before they negotiate your case with the irs you have to pay fees in full. Take the time and diy.
