A Disappointing Taste of Elegance Company of Atlanta.
Chef Maurice,
My recent experience with your company has been a complete disappointment, to say the least. I have not gathered enough words to express the level of my dissatisfaction with your service on Saturday, 18-October 2015.
I honestly believed in giving you the opportunity to win my business following your presentation to catering my special event at my residence. I considered the event a very special and unique evening that would have made a great impression on my company of two.
YOU SIMPLY BOTCHED THE PLANNING AND THE AGREEMENT we developed at the delivery and execution of the dinner appointment. You personally guaranteed to provide a dinner for two at my residence at six o’clock (6:00 p.m.) in the evening and also guaranteed to provide a stipulated menu that you personally recommended to create the unique experience for me and my guest.
Instead, your substitute (Ms. Porter , God bless her soul) arrived at my residence at seven-thirty PM (7:30 p.m.) that made my situation very uncomfortable to bear and giving excuses to my guest to plan for alternate means of salvaging the evening. You provided me no excuse for your slack regard for your timing and you neither called, nor, followed up with a feedback on the service you were paid for in advance. In my opinion, you have provided me with poor customer service and poor work ethics.
Your unprofessionalism has cost me to rethink my endorsement for your company and service. It has made my resolve more determined than ever to seek reimbursement of payment for your utter neglect and disregard for your clientele and the Atlanta community that you adopted as your home-based business. It was simply unprofessional of you to promise a personal service of which you were clearly aware that you were not going to deliver due to other conflicts.
Although you never took the time to obtain my feedback, I would like to thank Ms Porter for her personal effort in softening the disaster that you created on that unforgettable evening and I wish her the very best in her career. I believe she tried her very best under the circumstances.
As for my guest’s opinion, Chef Maurice, I cannot be held responsible for the review you will definitely be receiving in the public opinion arena for the treatment we both got from my version of a Disappointing “Taste of Elegance” delivered by Chef Maurice Randal of Atlanta GA.
