Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I purchased over 15 pairs of $6 knee high socks from TARGET. After about 3 months the socks started to get holes in the toes. Every pair. When I took them back to TARGET I was told because I didn't have my receipt they couldn't help me.

I have many pairs of socks (which cost less than $6) for years and never got holes in the toes. This is not about having a receipt, it is about standing behind the products you sell, which TARGET obviously doesn't do.

I complained to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of my state and TARGET still says "that's our policy" and wouldn't budge.

Umm...Margaret, it's spelled frivolous, not frivilous. Who are you to determine which complaints are valid or not. Next time you say "shut up" to someone, please look in the mirror and say it.

Without a reciept, after 3 months how is any business suppose to know that you bought something defective from their store without a reciept? it also would have been one thing to have washed and worn something 1x and get holes, but over 3 months? I wouldn't consider this a valid rip off against target, but possible against the manufacturer of the item...

GO BUY THE SOCKS AT WAL MART AND SEE HOW LONG THEY LAST. These are cheap discount store socks. If you don't like it take your crazy butt to Neiman Marcus. Perhaps at about 20.00 a pair they will last a lifetime
