Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been to several Target Stores in the Las Vegas, Nevada Valley, never to find something this bad in my 11 or more years of shopping at Target Dept. Stores. I went to get a Mother's Day card and went to ask someone about it, I found a very nice woman named Carol, yet the STL of the store, Jay Irwin appears and told me to not disturb her, ok I will go buy this, no he said leave or I will have you arrested,  she has too much to do to answer question, she is always late getting things done. she told me no problem she is almost done.

I left and went to Walmart and found that Walmart had better Mother's Day cards, where Target cost more or near the same price, yet Walmart has a selection for $1.00 that I bought, and bought flowers too.

Then another time, yet several times this happened,  I find them pushing or bullying the workers to get things done,  "15 minutes" "10 minutes" "5 minutes" to get this done,  I hear them tell each other how difficult it can be. I found leaders said, your always slow, to someone that is the last one in the area, they do not help each other finish, no team spirit, its not alway that persons fault, they just happened to be the last one that day, they could be younger or older. The older can be as fast as the younger, yet they insult someone.

The leader watch how everyone is doing it, yet complain if someone is last person,  they could be helping someone or put things in their way or need to answer customers questions. Its silly, there always will be a last person, no matter how fast they are.  If I owned a store I never would let them push my workers like that, they would either learn to stop or not work at my store. Target is a avarice company, less people, to do more in less time or insult them, I found it was 1 hour to unload a truck, and get on the shelf in 2 hours.  They would  call it  goal time  yet  lie  because  they  would  complain  their  the  last person.

Wow, looks familiar she said she would report it
I find several places with over 5 other forums about Target
1 has 20 pages with over 4 per page.

I read one about some one make a report to the manager
that was told a child was urinating near the front door and
the manager did nothing about it, "its ok they do it all the time"
maybe it just was someone else, yet she wrote it was the manager.

Look what happens to Myron there:
Please remember I am not Myron. Do not blame Myron, its time I wrote something, I have had enough of watching the abuse, Myron endures much at the Target Store on 605 Stephanie, he must collect near 10 shopping carts and spread them in a fan shaped arc, must sort though all the repacks, sort though autopulls, and with each flat, products removed to a cart for each location, each time he get repacks, it can range from a little, or very much to sort though, to do this great feat, he most memorize, to put each item to each cart, he only works every other day, 2 or 3 days a week, he goes though hell, for the lack of a better word, for Target, with a smile, only to make it harder to keep it. They expect miracles, if not, they insult him, "your too slow" "your always slow" that is not the truth. He must do more than someone else, they call him ineffective, yet I have been with him for several years, he does far better than he ever did, he gets finished most the time, as not the last, if he does not finish at the same time as the others, or before, they insult him. The truth is, some one always is last, and that is part of their game, find the last person, someone makes it easy for others, to stock the shelves, they have theirs cart filled with no effort from themshelf, with presorted boxes and everthing they need, all they need to do is go aisle to aisle, because Myron made it simple for them. After doing all that, he must pick an aisle. It make no difference what you suffered though to get it done, the leader's problem is, store profit = hours of work, its make people do more in less time. It makes no difference if you have 10 minutes to get this amount of product on the shelf, the game is, deceive you into think you can, or you have questions to anwser, If your answer is the wrong choice, they expect it done, they will argue the point, yet why argue your problem, which they will believe your doing, and terminate you, they believe its not your abuse, they believe you are, for not doing it, they said its easy to find someone else, yet not always as good, they never worked there before, their slower, which makes them more upset. Sure things are possible, yet try to explain its not, they will termanate you, right its a paradox, they finish sometimes on schedule or under schedule, yet watch them explain your ineffective as a worker when its time for review. They have a reason for everything, including what I wrote. Watch how big a clown they are, to try to explain it away, to reason it away. As if we are too blind to notice, it just makes them that much siller for everyone to see.

The STL of the store?   Is that really how the average customer would refer to that person?  I've been shopping there even longer than you have and this is the first time I've heard of the title of STL.  Of course, any employee would know right away that it refers to "Store Team Leader".

Sorry OP, I don't think anyone is buying your "pretend customer" routine.   Try again.

This sounds like a disgruntled ex-employee.

And, this person's English is very bad, so that indicates the probability of a language barrier or cultural difference.

There is much more to the story here. Guaranteed.

You just happened to notice all this by merely shopping there?

I don't believe you, what is this really about?
