first time before i was interview with sue osterhold and amy vansickle that they will hire me to join school and they say that " you will get better job and better money , they will help me find job before graduate and after graduate. it guarantee ....."

one day i went to vocational rebhabiltion that hetty otto say that school will waste my time and she will not help me to pay for tht , she want me take test what skill i have and agree with other school and job,i disagree with heer, i love artist all my life, and it hard for me to find job for many years on and off, also,so i decided go ahead stay with tampa techincial institute 18 month till graduated.. and they teach each classes firstthree quarterlyof one class, but not enough teach everything , short teaching for one week and do another teaching then do agian same thing, many people complaint at class, and they dediced go to diffrent school, or stay one job til find which better school than this school is terrible.. many staff quit , because of money away before 9-11,, i was worry about myself , so i keep ask amy vansickle supervior interpreter that " areu sure i will get job " , she say" it guaranette..."

i remember u told me that story aboutdeaf lady that she could not find job for two years and voc.rehab. blame at you for that,, so, u have to look job for her..

she say dont worry . after i graduated , i heard she planning to move, she saybecause family live there,, so, they did not help me at all , they say mailed to my house every weeklyjob listing.. i went job interview , they required typewriter skill . i told my class mate , about it , they say it rip off, they should stay teach more and required typewriter before class , as strict, they did not tell us why we have to .

i still cant find job since july graduate, i write to email to amy van sickle " thank alot for ripe me off, u told me that it will guarantte to get job and promise me and now u are fleed to new york " she was so mad at me , for say that, i told her not fair for alll deaf people who try join digitial graphic art.... could not get job for long times.

i told her i wish u was not say that first time place it guarnatee to hire me in school and u should say it risk to join to school and risk to find job so she can have money to be interpreter for her living , till move out to newyork

not fair for me and others and former deaf students.

i told christiina new supervior staff interpreter , u better not rip deaf people off for been join tti, she say i will not be alike her,

i hope so..

Substandard Education ..Tampa Tech. is more worried about pumping people through their school than they are about what you learn.

I will agree that Tampa Tech. is more worried about pumping people through their school than they are about what you learn. However is seems your problem lies MUCH DEEPER than what you didn't learn there. You need to hone your grammaer, verbal, and typing skills. If I were an employer and you spoke to me the way you typed I would have a headache at the end of the interview, and would never even consider hiring you. 40% of what you wrote barely made sense, and as a matter of fact, I have a headache from reading it. My 3 year old can convey her thoughts and opinions better than that. Before going and blaming Tampa Tech for you not being able to find a job, you need to work on your overall appearance and presentation.
