 To whom it may concern:

 On Sept 23, 2013 went to Tami Auto in Orlando, FL to check out some vehicles (SUV). The manage show us two vehicles (SUV). We tested drove both knowing that as is – no warranty.  Went to auto zone to check out the noise, we were told that it’s the wheel bearing. My husband given the manage a list of the problem we notice. If the true be told. The agreement with my husband and the manage with the option of handle the problem with the Tahoe wheel bearing and oil gauge; we will purchase the 2003 Tahoe.  My husband asks the manger could he handle that.  He stated he can.  During that time I was not approve. On Sept 23, 3013 I sign the paperwork trusting that they will be honestly and rueful. The manage hold Steve Geer to handle the bank approve. If we were approve asking for $1000.00 down for the Tahoe. I stated I don’t have that amount so the gap for the INS were taken off, without a down payment monthly payment $370.  After agree fixes the problem and no down payment. We told Steve Geer that we on vacation and they have until Friday Sept 27, 2013 to fixes the problem.  Steve stated that he will take care it; ant the vehicle will be ready on Friday.  My husband and I call Steve o cc asking about the status on the vehicle. Steve stated it in the shop and it will be ready, not knowing Steve giving us this information my employee was not verify. On Friday Steve call and ask me to have personnel l to call Untied Care. Pressing for time to get back to Tallahassee.  Arrive to Tami Auto setting down with Steve he put a small box on the desk and I ask what that was he stated wheel bearing. Steve stated that my husband more expertise than his guys. From Monday Sept 23 – Sept 27, 2013. We thinking everythings will be taken care of.  The vehicle were in the shop we when we arrive writing still on the vehicle. My husband getting the writing off and wash it up why still setting in Tami shop. Heading out following my husband in his vehicle brake light out, sound of the vehicle were not sound loud like that when we test drive. Stop to get gas we call Steve telling him brake light out and need oil and the sound is louder. My husband ask Steve he sure we will make back to Tallahassee. Steve stated oh yes u make it.

Further we get down the road the  worse it sound.  Taken the vehicle to the shop getting a quote of $800.00 for rear end and wheel bearing problem and will break any time.  If steve had put the wheel bearing  on he would realize the problem with that  rear end.  I do believe that Tami Auto know that there were a problem what reason that would have the vehicle in there shop and not work on it.

We talk to Steve on many occassion about the rear end .  Tami Auto stated that they will  help with the rear end. Steve stated that he will put the $200.00 with the regestion. When I received the regestion no money. From day one Steve had done nothing but lie to us and that so unprofessed.  Call again asking about the$200.00 Steve pretend the money should been in the mail.  By this time my husband know that I am tried so he call  the manger and he stated that they will send the money. On a another occasion my husband call again about the money, this time they tell my husband that they will take the tag fee out of the $200.00. I deceived to call and talk with the repec and ask her why they taking the tag fee out of the $200.00, she stated you have to paid your tag fee.  Now I am really tried to see what going on. I ask myself if they didn’t have to send any money how would they gotten the tag fee when Steve told me it was already take care of.

Sept 30th I call United Auto to stop my paperwork Ashley stated they paid it on Sept 23, 2013. Ashley asking how I like the vehicle. I told Ashley that my son and I unhappy and hurt with the way Tami Auto handle us.   Ashley stated she will have her mange review my complaint and get back with me, Since first week of Oct  I haven’t heard from United Auto. I purchase this vehicle for my son and he don’t have money to give away $370. The vehicle toll on Nov 3, 2013 now in my yard broke down. Don’t have money just to give away $370. A  monthly.

I have left a message for Ashley Nov 7 and 8 haven’t heard from her. Tami Auto and United Auto Credit put yourself in my shoes how would you like someone handle you that way. Remember if Tami Auto hadn’t agreed to work on that vehicle I wouldn’t purchase.
