On August 25, 1999, my master card account was charged for $35.89 for my order of their egg a part offer on t.v. Upon placing my order, I was informed it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. I called them on 11/30/99 to inquire where the egg a part was. I was informed it was on back order and would be another 2 weeks. On 1/18/2000 I called again, and again, was informed they were on back order and it would be another 2 weeks. To date, we have not received the egg apart. I have seen it advertised several times since. I really would like the egg a part; however, this is rediculous. I wonder how many other people have had their accounts charged without receiving the product. I only have a phone # which is: 1-562-948-2040 in NY.
