thats about how much you know.i am the boss, owner,so you see,i know all about how the big companies work all to well.one blames it on another that blames it on once again another. but with t-mobile getting sued for their ways of doing business, that lets you know that someone else other then myself knows they are not handling things the right way,or the fair way. one of the companies they stuck us with is in a lawsuit against them for cheating them, and the company we got placed with when the other one cancelled tmobile has not got paid so they are on the verge of cancelling their deal with them,so you tell me,which would you beieve ,one company that has alot of people agry at them or several that are saying the same thing about the same company? and as far as you,i guess you work straight for tmobile so maybe they are doing you better then they do the agents that work hard for them.but with tmobile sticking their phones in walmart, target, best buy and god only knows where else, just wait ,your job will not be safe for too much longer.when companies like tmobile see money signs and nothing else,it starts knocking down the small people that helped build them up,and when places like walmart have put all of the small businesses out of their jobs, whos to say they will not crank their prices up sky high, because after all,who is going to be left to compete with them? but what it boils down to is , they are doing one person right out of about 20 that i know of,they are on a roll there.with those figures,i don't think they would win the popularity contest for businesses to work for.glad you have a job,and hope you can hang on to it,some of us are not as lucky as you.some of us have alot of money invested and on the verge of losing it all because of what they are doing,so its different when you have money to lose or just a job.

just a slights side note here... did you know that YOUR BOSS/OWNER OF YOUR DEALERSHIP, not T-Mobile is responsible for your paychecks? T-Mobile doesn't pay YOU, they pay your BOSS. Also, you receiving phones is up to your company's CREDIT SCORE. so, it is not that t-mobile is trying to drive you out of business. Instead of blaming the service that you merely SELL, try speaking to your superiors, b/c they are obviously the ones that are driving you out of business. I have worked for the company for many years now, and this has always been a common problem with our indirects.

It sounds to me like your not very familiar with our policies at t-mobile. You're right about the free phones. T-Mobile does give away certain basic model handsets with activation at direct t-mobile stores. However, t-mobile doesn't make these handsets so we still have to pay the phone's manufacturer for the handset. We actually eat the cost of phone. We end up making the money back over the year of the service agreement. I don't undertand why you feel like we should just give your store phones that we had to pay for. There are alot more independent stores than direct stores. It makes no sense for T-Mobile to try and drive you out of business. Just think about it. Also, t-mobile does not offer to waive the activation fee. EVER. I couldn't tell you how many accounts and customers I've had to deal with who were promised their activation fee would be waived by a shady indirect dealer. Also, alot of indirect dealers, maybe not yours, give customer all kinds of incorrect information about their plan, leave out info about the 12 month agreement, make promises that t-mobile's billing system isn't even programed to honor in anyway. Now, I don't know about your checks being late. But to say that t-mobile is trying to drive you out of business is ludicrous. If that was our intent why would we even let you sell the service?
