I purchase an reman engine from this company and they charge me $490 for the core and supposed to send me back the same but they just send me after 45 days 1/3rd.i am a Certified mechanic for 32 years and the engine i send was very clean engine for repair and i didn't lesson to my friend (that's my big mistake).anyway i bought the engine from the aa engine in chatworth,CA and when i receieved the new engine,i noticed most of the parts in the engine was used part and was not as their described .i called them and the stupid mechanic (jeff or jery) even wouldn't let me talk and after 10 minutes he said send both engine(core and the new one) back and i will send you the one with new parts also the manager said we will give you $50 because of that. my sugestion to who wants to buy engine from these guys (stay far away from them).they lie,even blow poor customer service .now when i try to talk with crazy mechanic,he hang up on me.do not buy anything from this company ever.

I bought the reman engine from AAA engine in Chatworth,CA for $1999 plus $295 shipping cost two ways and $55 for residential drop off.after i recieved the engine i notice some of internal parts are used part(chain,cam shaft chain gears,oil pump,etc) and who knows what other used part they used and in the advertising the said in the big page they are using bounch of new oem parts which it's just a big lie.
i contact the office for this issue and the front desk connect me to the manager because i asked the driver to return that engine,guess what manger said:don't worry we test all parts and they are fine but we will give you $50.that made me laugh because i am a certified mechanic and everyone knows every moving parts in the engine must be replaced during rebuilt the engine in order to meet the factory specifiction anyway the stupid mechanic got on the phone and he didn't let me talk and finally he said :send me the new engine with the old engine and i will send you another one with the new parts.
i bought many reman engines from the other companies and never had any issue with them and i don't know why i bought the engine from this(AAA engine) company,thats my bad.anyway because of time limit, i kept the engine and install it,trust me the old engine runs smoother with 55 psi oil pressure and the oil pressure in the new engine never past 44 psi at cold and stay 35 psi at warm and this mean it is very low level work job with used parts.after 45 days they send me 1/3rd of $495 the core deposite with the letter shown $200 charge for the valve seats repair on the old heads.
can you believe it? usually when you buy anything and they asked for the core,they don't care about the core condition but honestly my old head were much better than these new heads and i am talking as 32 years experence and $145 for the return shipping.please who wants to buy engine from this company,stay far far from them.they lies about anything and trust me if you pay few hundreds more ,it's worte it.do not buy anything from AAA engine ever.they rip you off and lie a lot.they are low class,poor quality and the big liers in this bussiness.
