After having sent several emails to Syntax Groups aka Syntax-Brillian with no response, I contacted the la Better Business Bureau to look into my case. I also contacted in person the store manager of ABC Warehouse, then contacted ABC Warehouse by email. The BBB sent me an email today with a response from Syntax-Brillian "the check is being printed and you can expect your rebate in 5 to 7 business days. I also received a call from the ABC Warehouse Store manager who indicated he received an email from ABC Warehouse headquarters and that they are doing "everything they can" to get my rebate, and he said he would call me back on April 24th or 25th. Today is April 21st, 2006.
