I ordered one bottle of Synoptic Energy and one bottle of Synoptic Boost off an advertisement on Drudge report on Jan 9, 2018. A 14-day trail was available.
Received a charge on my credit card for $77.99 from Concentrapro on Jan. 9, 2018, phone 888-47-1127 out of Florida. Third party Received a second charge on my credit card of $79.99 from Riggsbrainfood on Jan. 9, 2018, phone 888-442-6456 out of Texas. Third party.
The charges were for one bottle of each product. The charge was more than I remember it to be
I asked for the supervisor "not available" "in a meeting" "we have the same information". I asked for the phone number of Synoptic Boost/Energy company, "We do not have it". “We do not know". In very small print on the Synoptic Boost bottle I found Distributed for: Profit USA, phone number I could not read. I looked on both websites - order form was available but NO phone number, address or name of company. I looked in my email billings - no information.
Question: How can a person cancel product if 1) no phone: 2) no follow up email 3) no address 4) no name of company.
The lady at Concentrapro was willing to discount the product to 50% than to 65% I said "NO".
Product did not help me as to energy or mental focus. I would not recommend using or purchasing this product. Very bad customer service.
