I forgot to include this.  I do not understand why  you have to insult people that will get you NOWHERE!

I have nothing to gain by  posting documents that will help people decide who they will do business with FYI . These corporations do & it is there favorite  color.

I appreciate the fact that you follow my posts for Kaiser & these crooks. I didn't get rebuttals from you on my other posts did you just start? 

I do not take Meds maybe you read it wrong.  I do know  that when I filled out the Police report, notified the 3 credit bureaus, FTC, my account, filling out forms for the IRS along with my idenity proof & mailng my taxes someone had already filed under my SS#. 

Since 2012 of January up to this day I have experianced someone trying to get a prescription filled, using my SS# to file taxes etc., etc. all because of that Hippa Violation that has turned into a BIG FAT mess.

1. I did inform the agencies that they might start with Kaiser employees & sites like this.

Who did it?  KAISER?

The OCR "OFF CONSUMERS RIGHTS"?

Or maybe it might be that "EIlusive Phantom"?

It just kills me when BIG FAT CORPORATIONS that make "Billions & Billions" of dollers half of those Billions" made by fraud & deceptions along with cover ups & think they can continue to violate laws by dodging the questions along with the lies, not to mention tampering with evidence & not face any charges are in "La La Land!!!!!!

This is added material.  A police report FTC IRS three credit bureaus proof etc., have been filed about THE HIPPA BREACH Kaiser employees involved other members at Kaiser have had a HIPPA BREACH besides I'm pretty sure one or more of these agencies will probably be getting in contact with you.

This has gotten very MESSY since 2012. I have an ACE up my sleeve to use against KAISER at a later date it will be AN EYE OPENER BIG TIME!

This is an update there will be several documents added to this Rip Off Report.  These letters are from The Confused Financial Pissonyou Bureau & the cases that I filed online about GE Capital Retail Bank & Pay Pal.

I do not understand how these "Crooks" can get away with this type of "Illegal Business Practices" & other banks can't. For this to be where it is now someone higher up have to be involved.

First Kaiser now this?  Seriously the entire world is not out to get you, and from your 2 screen shots(and 1 made up page) you are a bit off.  So let me help you out.

First off your statement is a point in time that is frozen forever.   Even if you come back 3 years later, regardless of what has happened on your account in the months since, the information on the 1/13/15 statement will NOT change.

Next, what ever summary screen you show is current as of when you printed it, and based on the two dates displayed this was printed AFTER 1/13.  So sometime between 1/13 and when ever you printed this page you had a credit put on your account of around $11..more specifically $11.03.  Since you now have a CREDIT balance you owe no payment.   Also, since it was a credit not in the form of a payment, your last payment information will not change.

Now the ONLY item that can't really be explained from your wealth of information is why does this $4 credit balance deduct from your Available Credit instead of add to it.  I can explain part of it in that in displaying the available credit they round to the nearest dollar.  So in your case that would be -$4.  Perhaps they don't expect people to carry a negative balance and it was a simple display issue.  Of course with no information it is impossible to tell you.  But trying to make this item the basis of some huge conspiracy is really streatching it.

But you know what..call me wrong.  There is more detail on your acccount, why not print those screens.  Specifically your recent/pending transactions.  Or why not just go to the media?  Every one of the Local SF TV stations have a "Consumer Reporter" who does nothing but look into cases like this.  Why not send them all of this information and let them make this a major breaking story of corporate and government corruption?
