I was signing up for an on line subscription to USA Today, as I was signing up I has to step away to answer the door. When I came back i finished filling out the information and hit submit and swipebids.com popped up and I had been chaerged $150.

They have a "30 day money back guarantee" what they don't say is you have to "bid on items more than 10-30 a day to apply for a refund. There is no strretr address or obvious way to contact them except through live chat. I did get a cancellation  number and was told to start bidding.

I filed with the Florida Attorney Genreal and the Federal Trade Commission.

This is clearly a highjacking of a legitrimate web site whose practices decietful with vague and unclear terms..

If you arent having any luck with the live chat "bots" try calling them. Theyre very rude but will at least tell you they are refunding it.Im not sure if they actually will but they say they will.
