This is in regards to my Original Complaint against SWIPEAUCTION Filed 9/13/2010. I Just wanted to advise others Who have or are having issues with Swipeauctions.com such as i had It takes a few days but they did as the website stated regarding REFUNDS!!
I did as their website states and Sent Insructions to their Customer service along with a few (Nice and Polite)paragraphs and I have to say that its been only 7 Business days and my money($159.00)has been credited back to my account!!For this reason I am asking that my Complaint Filed with RIPOFFREPORT.COM PLEASE be removed.Also Thank You to SWIPEAUCTIONS.COM and RIPOFFREPORT.COM for your help in this matter.

Would you please be able to tell me where you saw in our Terms and Conditions "Your Credit Card Will Not Be Billed Unless After 30 Days You Don't Call To Cancel" as I do not recall this, we do not offer a trial period with our site. I want to assure you we are not a scam and mention several times the cost of our membership fee.
