I went on their website, I had seen it advertise on T.V. They were stating you can win bids for cars, electronics,home products, etc...One goes through the availble items to bis on, then you see what you want to bid on from that you select an item. After all that is when you see a page that says ' 300 bids for only $11.00 a month! But first you must sign up to be a member, so I put my information in and my credit card information .  So I clicked on that tab then it states Congratulations you are now a member of SwipesAuction.com and your yearly membership is $ 159.95 has been charged to your credit card!

 Now I'm like what? So I immediately looked for a contact # to decline this membership.  After searching like forever, I finally found a contact  #.  I called it and was greeted by a very unprofessional rep. After explaining my situation about four times he finally stated, " Okay, we will go ahead and refund your membership this time but we don't normally refund for the reason you stated". Now I am like HUH? So he told me that I would have to go back to the website and select to talk to a live chat to request my refund through them, by this time I am truly frustrated, nevertheless, I did as instructed and this is what was stated.  This is the insert from the chat:

 I still to this day have not receive my refund, so I contacted them again today and here is the next chat:

I am now going to re-submit your refund through our merchant account and you can expect to see your refund to process without any further delay. you: No that will not do I was told that back on the 15th i want my credit now. it has been 6 weeks since this refund process began. I want my money now! ans I will not wait another 2 wks1 Alice#SA6690: It will take only 5-7 business days back to your card.

I will turn this over to my bank and the proper authorities. I have been more than understanding about this. if I owed you money you would not have waited this long to receive you money! Alice#SA6690: Again, I do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced obtaining your refund. That has never been our intent. We have worked very hard to get this technical issue rectified and I can see in our system that the merchant account has confirmed and processed your refund.  Please allow us the opportunity to make this right, by allowing a few more days for your credit to appear in your account. you: I does not take that long to refund my credit card I want my money within 24 to 48 hours. Alice#SA6690: It will take only 5-7 business days back to your card. you: No that will not work! I want to speak with a manger now! As I stated I will not wait another 5 to 7 days to receive my money that I should have gotten back a month ago!.
