On 12/21/05 Supra disconnected my phone without warning. I called the company to find out why, and, after holding for about 10 minutes (usually it is longer-this is without exception) I was connected to a customer service individual.

I was informed that my bill was past due and approx. $300!!! My last payment to them was on 10/13/05 which I was told at the time brought my balance to 0. One week later Hurricane Wilma hit the area and left me and my entire neighborhood without service for almost an entire month!!! Supra tells me now that they will not issue me a credit for the time I was without service.

I have paid my bill in total and am switching companies as I still cannot understand why my charges are so outrageously high. Customer service is terrible as anyone who has EVER called them can attest, and I still think I have overpaid them.

I was told that I have to pay 1 month in advance because it can take up to 2 weeks to switch my phone service over and then they will issue me a credit for any extra money I have paid. I just would like to have service from another company, but I have a real concern that I will not see that check again.
