I'm willing to provide some inside information about this company

I'm a former employee of Supra Telecom, I started out with great enthusiasm and maintained it until the day I had to quit, I DID have to quit. It was unbearable to work for a company that just goes with the flow, a company that would say to a customer service representative End that call quick, say anything fast, because we have a lot of incoming calls (this is also the reason for their large amount of incoming calls, specially to technical support). This phone company will not get their information straight, not even to their employees, these employees really don't know if the information they are telling the customer is the actual information because changes were made and nobody was notified about it. Lets not talk about the information the customers are getting.

Supra would be great if you were to have no trouble with your lines at any time, but they're even working on making that impossible by having their own switch and their own lines.

Supra has like every company, good employees and bad employees. People that are willing to make a change, provide ideas, and also some people that only want their paycheck. I wanted to make a change until I realized that the people that just cared about their paycheck where the people that had the ability of enforcing a change for the good. And they were either too stupid, or just didn't care about the company.

I resigned from supra because you can either go against them (THE WHOLE COMPANY INCLUDING THE OWNER) or join them, first option not worth the effort and this second option I will never do.

Bad Management = Changes are made without any actual thought, no thinking ahead, and a lot of unhappy employees, this unhappiness goes down to the customers.

No Control = No effective supervision on the work the employees are actually doing.

Misguided Information = No effective training for their employees, there is actually no right way to do things, but they will only find the wrong way when the company owner calls to complain. True Story: Someone got fired for not knowing something that he wasn't even told and wasn't able to find out any other way.
