Superstition Springs Landscaping/Poor Customer Service..
Superstition Springs Landscaping Inc. of 921 S. Val Vista Dr. Mesa, AZ 85204-5608, was contracted by me to landscape my backyard. I was charged more $5,000.00 for their service and was assured that repair and or follow-up service was just a phone call away. Superstition Springs advertise that they use Rain Bird watering controllers and provide you with A video tape on the use of the controller. The control unit installed on my home is a Rain Dial, installed by a different landscaping company.
The work crew foreman for Superstition Springs Jamie, informed me that the Rain Bird and Rain Dial controllers were the same. However when I attempted to set the timer on the controller according to the instructions provided from the video tape, I found that the two units are totally different. I have called Superstition Springs on numerous occassions trying to rectify the problem by either coming out to my home and instructing me on the use of the Rain Dial controler, or replace it with the Rain Bird controller which I paid for.
Superstition Springs will not return my calls, or provide me with a date and time for coming out to correct my problem. I was told by their office receptionist that Jamie was busy but that he would check on my complaint. It is now going on three weeks and still no one from Superstition Springs has called to inform me when they would be coming out to make the necessary repairs.
