Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
A charming young kid knocked on our door with a sales pitch about how he was earning money for college and competing in a contest for a trip to Europe. I bought a three year subscripton to PC World. That was mid-October. It is now mid-December and yet no magazines. I lost the reciept so I don't know the web address or physical address, but the account number is on the cancelled check.

If anyone can help me out with the web site or address or even a phone number please let me know. This really pisses me off and I won't let it go. I have reported this to the BBB and soon the Federal Trade Commission.

Again let me know if anyone has any ideas how to screw them the way they screwed us.

So your mom was bad and you went on the road without checking out the company first?!? Welcome to being an adult and being accountable for your actions. I was on the road with them off and on for 4 years. Used my own money to get my dad and cousin mags and they got them. Got to love Nick Jr... I hear a W.A.B.  Jeff and I got into in many times. Yes he is a complete a*s and oh the stories I could tell. However at the end of the day they were my choices. So close your legs, get an education, and learn how to spell.

wow, so i too was nearly screwed by this shady company but saved myself. as i sit here doing research a found some of these websites that seem very interesting. (((Redacted))) other than those sites just look up a little more and you will find an abundance of information. I have seen a few rebuttals written by so called employees of this business, all of them written with absolutely no intention of sounding professional and nearly all of them filled with curse words as well as mocking those who complained. there is something bigger than what we are seeing going on with this company. this company that has changed its name over 50 times!!!!! the president of the company,David Sibiski, was recently sued for the abuse of employees by attorney general Andrew Cuomo. this is all written out here. (((Redacted))) I beg you all to take a look into this, it is all extremely eye opening. I am blown away by all of this. If you have any more information PLEASE post it. Everything that Chelsie said is true. I worked for them myself in 2007. I was only there for a month. Chelsie was my training person. I went out to California thinking that this was something that was real that I wouldn't be knocking on peoples doors and staying in hotels everynight. I thought is was something that was actually going to help me. I was pregnant and on the run out of fear. I will say that alot of the kids seemed to be leaving from their homes to get away from bad situations or thinking that once they got out there they would make lots of money. Only to walk into another bad situation and be barely making it. You can't be completely mad at the kids because some of them ones like me and Chels believed that you would get the magazine and that most of this stuff is legite but after a while you figure out what is really going on. I mean these kids travel no doubt all over the U.S. but you wouldn't imagine where they stay. In hotels and you eat out all the time. I mean there were some nice places but you stay on the road. If you don't get your qouta for the day you don't get your pay sometimes. I want to apologize for anyone that has been wronged by this company. I don't know of anyways for you to get your money back but I am truely sorry.

I am well aware of the scam going on with superstar sales. I used to work for them. when i was 19 my mother was addicted to drugs so i found this website... ssfunjob.com it showed the most amazing oppurtunities to travel the country make money and win a trip to anywhere in the world.. well I should have asked more questions.. I left on august 12 2006 and went to Des Moines Iowa where I met my manager and the sales crew I would be working with, and I htought to my self... this is going to be the greastest thing i could have done.. now I worked for this company for 8 months until i had to go home because my boy friend and i found out that we were having a baby. I thought the whole time that this company was legit. I also thought that they were there to help kids who just needed to get away from home like me. come to find out after being there for so long, most of those kids are on drugs.... the manager jeff ertassi is on drugs also and all of them sleep with everyone on crew. now with me it was different, i still have all of my reciepts fromt he people i sold magazines to with intentions of sending out letters of apology. i also never touched drugs while i wasw on the road, i did drink alot but the crew made it easy for us the managers and car handlers would buy us alcohol if we were underage...... NOT THE WORST PART YET.... I hired a homeless kid out of san francisco in the end of 2006 thinking it may give him an oppurtunity to get help too. i feel like that was the worst decision i have ever made in my life. noone liked that kid so Opie... aka robert ellis pulled over on the side of the hwy one day and 6 people jumped that guy,, jeff also beat the crap out of kids for not making sales. i watched him chase this one kid down cause he wanted to go home because he did not like it. when i got pregnant we found out in colorado, i am from texas, when i told jeff that i wanted to go home he tthreatened my sons father and then sent us on a 2 day bus ride with no money for food or anything and i was pregnant. then when i got home they told me to call and they would send me a check for the other 1400$ they owed me, jeff never sent me anything he told me to take that as a life lesson and learn from it. so I know that some of you are really angry with us because you have been scammed but i swear most of us dont find out were scamming people until it is too late.. JUST A HEADS UP SUPERSTAR SALES WILL BE CHANGE THEIR NAME HERE IN THE RECENT FUTURE DUE TO A BETTER BUISNESS BEAUREAU INVESTIGATION.. WATCH THOSE KIDS BE VERY CAREFUL. AND I AM SORRY THAT YOU WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I, too, was getting frustrated when my subscription wasn't showing up. But I went back to my receipt, and checked the date. Sure enough, it was within the time period that it clearly says to allow. Although I do believe that it shouldn't need to take the four months they say it may (and seemingly does) take. Nevertheless, my magazine did show up, and before the four months were up. I hope yours has finally come. To everyone reading: please make sure you read the details before you agree to purchase anything. If you still don't get your subscription after the amount of time they say, then you need to see about getting your money back, or whatever you need done.
