It has been 6 weeks now and still no refund. I paid twice for my transportation to the airport, once to SuperShuttle for the service I did not receive and again when I hired the local taxi SuperShuttle told me to take and they would reimburse the cost of. They are keeping my money having provided nothing. This is total fraud. I tried contacting them but they do not respond. They have made no contact and sent no refund or money whatsoever. I did follow their instructions to the letter for getting my taxi fare refunded. I finally sent them a threatening email that if they did not respond by today I am contacting the Virginia Office of Consumer Affairs and Better Business Bureau. I am sending my complaint to the Office of Consumer Affairs first, since they have the legal authority to do something about the fraud SuperShuttle engages in. I looked at the BBB file on SuperShuttle, Arlington and they are averaging 2 complaints EVERY MONTH and many of them SuperShuttle does not even respond to BBB! I hope the state will take legal action.
