When I ordered this product, I was told I'd have a 30 day money back guarantee and if I stayed with them (I "paid for one month and got 2 months free") they would pay me $5 for every pound I lost. I specifically asked him if the trial started when I ordered or when I got the product. He told me it started the day I got it, as they tracked the packages and would know when customers received their orders. So when I got the product, I took a picture of myself on the scale as instructed (for comparison after I lost all of my weight after 90 days) and I was to take a picture of my skinny new body after I lost the weight, in the same outfit to be used for advertising purposes.

Fast forward, I called today, just happened to be day number 30 after I'd placed my order, to cancel and get my money back. I lost ZERO pounds. It's very hard to put the drops under your tongue exactly 30 minutes before a meal. If you go to a restaraunt, you don't know what time your meal will arrive. I did try my best to do as instructed but it didn't work, just left a nasty taste in my mouth all of the time. According to my records, I still had four days until I had to cancel, but I decided to hurry up and get it over with. Luckily! When I called, "Susan" told me the 30 day guarantee started the day I placed my order, NOT the day I recieved it. I told her what I'd been told but I didn't have the name of the man I'd talked to. She said it would take at least 48 hours for them to go through their records and find my particular phone call to see if that was what he told me, but she would cancel my Auto-Ship. It just so happened, with February having only 28 days, today happened to be the 30th day and so she had to process my refund and give me my refund. It will be processed after they get the product back with the RMA INSIDE the package. I wrote it on the outside envelope and taped it to the inside envelope I put it in so the glass bottles wouldn't get damaged. Will I get my refund? That remains to be seen. I have a tracking number so I'll know when they recieve it.

I was VERY surprised when I was trying to find a page to warn other consumers against buying this product and found the others that had issues with this company. When I get done here, I'm going to call my VISA company and tell them to watch for that refund of $89.95 and not to let them charge any more to my credit card. Now, after reading some of the others, I'm really wary of them using my VISA information for other purposes. If there's a Class Action Lawsuit, I'm in! The man that sold it to me was SOOOOOOO nice, the woman that didn't want to give me my refund was SOOOOOO not. It was just lucky and by the grace of God that I happened to call today. Had I called tomorrow, who knows what would have happened?

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY LIE TO YOU AND THIS PRODUCT IS NASTY AND DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!!

I know the struggles we all have when we try to lose weight, especially when we're older as I am. But companies like this need to be shut down and put out of business.

The company is called Direct marketing media the owner is Jeffrey Lakes in chandler Arizona. They run radio ads and get people to call in and sell weight loss supplements their products include Xtreme Green Coffee Bean Extract, Xtreame HCA Garcinia Cambogia, Male Vitality Plus, HCG 5000, Super Colon Cleanse 1800, and Raspberry Ketone Slim, he is also responsible for the natorious Derma Pure, he had so many consumer complaints that he stopped selling it but then he decided it would be a good idea to just rebrand the product and call it L'Mage and just kept selling this to people. This is a horrible business and they treat people like garbage. When you buy product from this company they keep charging you every month and when you try and cancel the customer service # goes to voicemail....again the owner is Jeffrey Lakes and I would give everyone his cell # but I do not want to violate the terms and condition of this site. Superior distribution is just an address they give to people because they don't want people to find them. If you read this before you purchase anything from this company then please take my advice and take your business elsewhere.
