Superior Court of California & Judge Harris Rip-off in Solano County invoving case numbers 87291 & case no. 72908 Intentional Falsification of Hospital medical patient record Fairfield California
This is a true story about intentional falsification of hospital patient medical record.
The doctor who falsified the medical record is a California-licensed practicing Physician. He is a neurosurgeon. The patient was an old lady from Central Point, Oregon who was passing thru California when she got sick.
The old lady was under the care of another doctor. Because of greed, the neursurgeon dictated on hospital stationary that he was asked to see the patient in consultation and he scheduled her for surgery to get money illegally. He was not asked to see the patient, not by phone, not in person, not orally, not verbally and not in writing. He just grabbed !
The analogy is that the neurosurgeon is like the best mechanic in the city. At night, he broke into the garage of the old woman, fixed the carburetor of her car and the next day, gave a bill to the old lady. The old woman simply says: but sir, I did not ask you to fix my car !
In Medicine a doctor is not supposed to see the patient of another doctor without being asked or requested by the patient or the family.
The hospital and medical staff covered-up the case of this unethical doctor not only the fact that it is unethical but the neurosurgeon admitted in writing, in his letter to the chief of staff of the hospital, that he was not asked to see the patient.
Not only that the neurosurgeon admitted that his dictated consultation was a lie, he committed another lie by writing that he will not send a bill to the patient. We know that this is a second lie because at the timehe said he will not send a bill, he had (past tense) already sent the bill and the patient has already complained about the bill.
The hospital and medical staff protected the neurosurgeon by investigating the Physician in charge of the case instead of the neurosurgeon. When they could not find anything wrong during the so-called investigation or Physician Peer Review, the hospital and medical staff prepared several false accusations against the victimized or investigated doctor.
Recognizing that the accusations were false a Judicial Review was requested and granted by the hospital. The Judicial Hearing was conducted according to the laws of California. The hospital and medical staff prepared a typewritten accusations against the investigated doctor and submitted these before the hearing.
The hearing officer was from a law firm in Capitol mall in
Sacramento; the hospital attorney was from a large law firm in San Francisco; the official court transcriber was from Oakland, California.
During the Judicial Hearing, the Physician-witnesses lied or did not tell the truth or told falsities and falsehoods while under oath on the witness stand. How do we know this ? These are all written down in a one hundred page transcript prepared and produced by the official court transcriber.
After the Judicial hearing, the hospital and medical staff claimed in writing that that same Judicial Hearing never took place. This is an obvious lie because the Judicial Hearing was held, it actually took place and there is a 100-page transcript of that hearing. Besides there were ten persons during that
hearing.
Question : How can the hospital and medical staff or anyone else claim that the Judicial Hearing never took place ?
The Judicial Hearing is part of the flow of justice of the U.S. Judicial system. Denying the existence of the Judicial Hearing is Obstruction of Justice of the highest degree !
This case went to court. It was filed in the Superior Court of California located at 600 Union Avenue in the city of Fairfield, Califoia 94533.
The case number in Superior Court is : 87291.
The Judge who decided on the case is: R M Harris.
The Court reporter in Superior court was: K. Bassett.
The clerk of the court was : L. Woodside.
Significant points:
1.It was a "Kangaroo court". Why ? The victimized doctor was not asked to appear in superior court.
2.The official hospital letter that says the Judicial Hearing was not held was not presented in court. That is witholding evidence just like in the notorious Enron and WorldCom cases.
3.The obstruction of justice committed by the hospital and the medical staff was essentially covered-up all the way to the Superior court.
4. All the documented lies, deceits, frauds, falsities made by licensed practicing physicians under oath on the witned stand never came out because they were never submitted in superior court. They got away with crime: Felony, the cases or several counts of perjury and frauds and conspiracy.
The reason for bringing or filing the lawsuit was not mentioned in superior court in this case no. 87291.
In a precedent case, the reason for bringing or filing the lawsuit in another case in the same superior court , in the same county and the same hospital was not done. This is documented in Superior Court of California county of Solano case no. 72908.
If there is a reporter or journalist out there who will open this case in public, I have no doubt that the hospital cover-up will come to light. Besides that is the proper thing to do.
The Judicial System of the USA or any State should be amenable to correction for the sae of the TRUTH. I believe the objective of our Judicial System is to find the TRUTH and REVEAL it to the public.

His findings showed that there was judicial misconduct in Los Angeles Superior Court and L.A. county paid millions to the two prisoners and they were released from State prison. This was well-publicized in 1995 or 1996.
2. The notorious case in DuPage county, Illinois. Two men were in prison for about ten years. They were twice on Death Row. Because of the efforts of a journalist by the name of Eric zorn of the Chicago Tribune, the case was well- publicized. Mr. Cruz and Mr. Hernandez were released from prison. Their case was made into a movie and was shown on national Television under American Justice on AandE Cable TV
