I spoke with Marko, their smooth talking account manager who promised the world and couldn't deliver on anything. Their tools are crap, you can buy them on ebay for 80% less than what they charged me with their training package. Their website says that their state approved, their sales people say their state approved, yet the state of california website that I was referred to doesn't indicate that they are approved. Just another lie, another way to get my money! I feel ripped off and lied to about everything! I wish I would of done more research. The other guys in my class were equally as pissed off and disappointed.

1) We at SAI haven't trained anyone from Arizona in over two years.
2) The so-called 'trainee' lists our address as Laguna Beach- we moved our headquaerters to a world class facility over 3 years ago in another city- but if someone never attended our training and only looked at our website they might think we still existed in Laguna Beach.. nice try, fake. I highly doubt someone would come file a report 3 years after the fact.
3) The 'trainee' talks about state approved training. There is only one PDR School that markets and tout's state approved training as their unique competitive advantage. Maybe coincidence, but since the state now allows us to do PDR Training, we wonder wonder who would be upset about this and mention it. Most students don't even care about state certified training- They seek qualified PDR Training from experienced PDR Trainers who bust their butts and show the most comprehensive training possible. We simply applied with the state for PDR Training so those who heard from our competitor about it would feel safe with us.

I'm going to call this person out right here, right now. Your real name, date you trained and which one of our locations. We also take pictures with all of our students- post up your pic with me and prove you are legit.
Won't happen, because this is a fake report. This is VERY likely posted by a competitor who has dozens of legit reports/complaints. Do your research and you will see the dozens of complaints I am referencing.The sad thing is Rip off Report allows people to post up reviews like this, attacking legitimate companies with impeccable track records and hard working people, who take immense pride in what they do. It's flat out WRONG.
