Sunrise Credit Services Agent Refused to ID himself and Company Information Farmindale, New York
Just got a call from the 000-000-0000 number and was told it was an attempt to collect a debt... the company was Sunrise Credit Serv., Inc. The agent refused to ID himself by officer number or last name. Asked about the caller ID # and was told that it is of no cencern to me. They are using a SPOOFING internet # of all zeros so you will answer the phone. The real phone numbers for this company are 1-866-896-0258 and 1-646-205-7740. They are calling as late as 11pm Eastern time through a call center for the rest of the United States. Refusal of a Debt Collector to provide all contact information is against the FDCPA. Very crooked and untrustworthy company... Record all conversations with them!! Tell them nothing over the phone and request Sale/Ownership of Debt docs, Docs. to legally collect debt in your State, Past Statements, Validation of debts and other through certified USPS Mail only!! Make them work hard for a living..... Watch your "6" with this company!!
