Fighting pesticide exposure

Landscaping Co. Had no license, no certification
Never found out what the names of all the pesticides.
Applicators came in before there schedule.
Believe fraudulent concealment.

I too was also exposed to pesticides at the Sunrise Assisted Living Faciliy of Baton Rouge.
We had now idea that pesticides were being applied until it was to late, we all immediatly felt effects from it. Still till this day they have yet
to tell us what we were poisoned with. We asked for the msds and was told they didn't have it at the time, and assured us it was harmless, it
was just the smell making us nauseated. Needless to say it wasn't a harmless pesticide.
