n April, I had a retail store order 3 pairs of glasses for me. I got 2 separate receipts, as they were separate purchases made on the same card. I got a receipts at the store but ended up returning one pair from each receipt. I have a very difficult time finding sunglasses that fit well.

Anyway, SH did not return my receipts because they claimed that they have to be sent back to the warehouse. They don't make copies, or email copies either. I need to return the third pair but SH has my receipt.

Last week I called customer service and the agent told me that she located the charges and was sending the info to the "escalation dept" and they would email me a copy of the receipt.

Evidently, she was just lying to get me off the phone!!!

I have all of the charges in black and white on my credit card statement but CS today, is insisting the purchases are not in their system!! I told them I'd send copies of my statements but they kept repeating, "it's not in our system," as I kept repeating, "but it's on my statement!" I couldn't help yelling on the phone at these ridiculous robotic responses and the CS agent told me he had to disconnect!! Well, if that's the case, then you are fraudulently charging me and I will report you to the BBB and my bank!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Customer service experience.
