Joe Ducey's email is [email protected] He just started his own segment "Let Joe Know" where you can contact him and hopefully get somewhere with your issue. The first newscast of the segment was this evening and he got a car buyer a few thousand dollars back for a different vehicle issue. This might be worth a try. Have you tried contacting anyone else or contacting a different organization to help? Joe Ducey may be able to work with you on this.
