I would contact Subaru Consumer Affairs (1-800-SUBARU-3) and discuss this with them. The dealership has to prove that the exhaust actually caused your turbo and the other mods to go bad. Since you have aftermarket springs, yes your suspension warranty is now void not the rest of the warranty. Most people that I know that have modded cars and need warranty work done thru the dealership, tend to put their cars back to stock prior to bringing their cars into the dealer for service.
