It is hilarious to me how Tech1 in consumer comment 2 assumes the original complaint comes from a woman despite the fact that it's clearly signed 'Gary'. Nice.

This Is what Technicians call a loose nut benind the wheel. She probably damaged or it had signs of out side influence. Like I had, a customer was upset that we did not cover their radio after their son put dimes in it. They said we scammed them. I do know this is old but 30 Items I doubt it.

How in the world does a windshield crach when a REAR tire is changed? SOMETHING had to cause the windshield to crack. Anyway, IF the vehicle has had as many problems as you say, have you filed under any "lemon" laws? You usually have to do the appropriate filings. Then through arbitration. Have you taken any of those steps? What was their reasoning for refusing to do warranty work? It's also interesting that the refused to do the federal recall. If they refused a "federal recall" (national recall) wouldn't that make it a federal case? Why is he claiming to be exempt? It may be time to contact an attorney.
