Student Loan Resolve Fraud / Scam / Liers / DO NOT GO THERE Plano Texas
I clicked a link on Facebook advertising student loan forgiveness programs on June, 2014. Shortly got a call from an account manager, they went trough a lot of personal questions covering all details about my new loan application. They called me three days later to tell me that I was approved and that they will full pay my loan to nelnet, they also told me to pay 223 every two weeks of processing fee because base of my income they could drop down to $49 my monthly payments during 300 months. After that time they will forgive the rest of the amount I owned. I was happy because base on this new program they will forgive 55000 dolars and Im only needed to pay on time my 49 monthly to be avail to keep myself in the program. Like a month an a half later, my loan with Nelnet was paid in full and I said, Waoo they are for real!!!... But like two month later, I received a letter from Navient stating that I was was late in my student loan payment. I said: It is not posible, I have been paying my $49 for two month already! I realize bach in that time that Navient is my real student loan, they didn't pay off my debt, they sold or transfer my loan to Navient in the same amount. Navient told me this company was an scam, many students are in due payments because of them and I started doing my research for scams. I was a little concern because I never sent any income docs and how they made that changes just base on my word? I just found in www.ripoffreport.com, 8 cases reporting this company and I feel in the responsability to do something about it. They are stealing money from the goverment by lying students about what they do. They are not paying your loan, they are not adjusting your monthly payment base of your income. They are LYING AND STEALLING. Now they are trying to change the story and they are not refunding the money they took from my account base of their lies. Please, HELP OTHER STUDENTS AND AVOID THEM TO BE ANOTHER VICTIM. I paid 1000 in total, by 200 victims (students) This company will be millionaire in a year, and this money is not their money, IS THE GOVERMENT MONEY FOR STUDENT LOANS. I know that maybe is late for me, but I can't be in silence knowing that right now somewhere is another student been a victim of a fraud or an scam from this fake student loan resolve company!
